Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for workplace wellness programs for office workers purchased from Washyrelbowex. Because our products are service-based wellness programs rather than physical goods, traditional "returns" do not apply. Instead, this policy governs how you may cancel or modify your program booking and under what circumstances refunds are available.

By purchasing any program from washyrelbowex.world, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy supplements our Terms of Use and forms part of your agreement with Washyrelbowex.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Return Policy applies to all wellness programs offered by Washyrelbowex, including:

  • Desk Stretch Break Program ($89 AUD per month)
  • Posture Reset Workshop Series ($249 AUD)
  • Complete Office Wellness Plan ($499 AUD per quarter)
  • Custom program packages arranged through direct consultation

This policy applies to bookings made through our website, by email, or by phone. Corporate clients booking on behalf of their organisation are bound by these terms as the contracting party.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have services supplied again if they fail to meet a consumer guarantee and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to limit or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where there is any inconsistency between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.

3. Desk Stretch Break Program

The Desk Stretch Break Program is a monthly subscription service providing four guided stretch sessions per month for office teams.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@washyrelbowex.world with at least seven days' notice before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refund for unused sessions: If you cancel mid-month after sessions have been delivered, no refund is provided for the current billing period. If no sessions have been delivered in the current billing period and you cancel within 14 days of payment, a full refund of that month's fee will be issued
  • Rescheduling: Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge, subject to facilitator availability. One reschedule per session is permitted
  • Missed sessions: Sessions missed due to client cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice are forfeited and not refundable. Sessions missed due to facilitator cancellation are rescheduled at no charge or credited to the following month

4. Posture Reset Workshop Series

The Posture Reset Workshop Series is a fixed package of three workshops purchased as a single unit.

  • Cancellation before commencement: Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before the first scheduled workshop
  • Cancellation within 14 days: 50% refund if cancelled between 7 and 14 days before the first workshop. No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the first workshop, unless exceptional circumstances apply at our discretion
  • Cancellation after commencement: No refund for workshops already delivered. For remaining undelivered workshops, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the number of sessions not yet completed, minus a 15% administrative fee
  • Rescheduling: The entire workshop series may be rescheduled once with at least 14 days' notice at no charge. Individual workshop rescheduling requires at least 72 hours' notice
  • Participant materials: Printed habit guides provided at workshops are non-returnable once distributed

5. Complete Office Wellness Plan

The Complete Office Wellness Plan is a quarterly package including twelve stretch sessions, two workshop days, and dedicated coordinator support.

  • Cancellation before commencement: Full refund if cancelled at least 21 days before the first scheduled session of the quarter
  • Cancellation within 21 days: 75% refund if cancelled between 14 and 21 days before commencement. 50% refund if cancelled between 7 and 14 days before commencement. No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before commencement
  • Mid-quarter cancellation: No refund for services already delivered. For the remaining portion of the quarter, a pro-rata refund may be calculated based on undelivered sessions and workshops, minus a 20% administrative fee
  • Quarterly progress reports: Reports already generated and delivered are non-refundable components of the plan
  • Plan upgrades and downgrades: Upgrades to a higher tier may be arranged mid-quarter with adjusted pricing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next quarter

6. Custom Program Packages

Custom wellness packages negotiated directly with Washyrelbowex are subject to cancellation and refund terms specified in the individual service agreement. Where the service agreement is silent on cancellation, the following default terms apply:

  • Cancellation more than 21 days before program commencement: full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs
  • Cancellation between 7 and 21 days before commencement: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before commencement: no refund unless agreed otherwise in writing

7. Rescheduling by Washyrelbowex

If we need to reschedule a session due to facilitator illness, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer:

  • A rescheduled session at the earliest mutually convenient time at no additional cost
  • A credit toward a future session if rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable timeframe
  • A pro-rata refund for the affected session if neither rescheduling nor credit is acceptable to you

We are not liable for any indirect costs incurred by your organisation due to session rescheduling, such as room bookings or staff scheduling adjustments.

8. Virtual Session Technical Issues

For virtually delivered sessions, if technical failure on our end prevents delivery of a session lasting at least 15 minutes, the session will be rescheduled at no charge or credited to your account. If technical failure on the client end (including inadequate internet connectivity, incorrect meeting links, or participant device issues) prevents session delivery, the session is considered delivered and no refund or reschedule is provided unless we agree otherwise at our discretion.

9. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made in consultation with you.

Please include your organisation name, program purchased, booking reference (if available), and reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request within two business days and provide a decision within five business days.

10. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances except where required by the Australian Consumer Law:

  • Complimentary discovery calls and consultations
  • Session recordings provided as part of program packages
  • Printed materials already distributed to participants
  • Administrative fees specified in cancellation terms above
  • Programs or sessions fully delivered in accordance with the agreed scope

11. Disputes and Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our cancellation or refund decision, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may contact the Queensland Office of Fair Trading or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission for guidance on your consumer rights.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to deliver sessions due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, affected sessions will be rescheduled or credited. If rescheduling is not possible within 90 days, a pro-rata refund will be issued for undelivered services.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes apply to bookings made after the updated policy is published. Existing bookings are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase, unless changes are favourable to you and we choose to apply them retroactively.
